Took them almost 3 months to deal with toilet water damage that caused mold. I have health problems so this was concerning. Kitchen would be soaked with water, Couldnt step in kitchen without getting toilet/moldy water on my shoes for over a month. They only offered $250 credit for my inconvenience. Told them multiple times about it and had work order requests since end of November and they are just now barely fixing it.

Ken did a wonderful job at my parents apartment. My dad had an issue and within an hour of reaching out Ken was at the apartment and had the issue fixed. Would definitely recommend using Ken.

I really loved these apartments at first, but since our original property manager (Mackenzie) had left its been a total nightmare. Garbage over flowing, dog waste disposal over throwing, absolutely NO ONE to come and fix our clogged sinks not working AC or heat. We werent even able to log on forever because they changed the system over and we were blocked out. What makes this even MORE insulting is they raised our rent nearly 25% from our original sign on price last year thats nearly $500! But for what?! Theres never anyone in the office to deal with tenant concerns. There is no one seemingly on staff to come fix our problems.. and there is no parking when either my fianc or I have a late shift and happen to get home anytime past 7pm.
