Repair Technician (Marvin) was professional and repaired my washing machine the first day he came out. Ordered the second part needed and came out when part came in.

Like all of the previous reviews here our story is identical. Used our home warranty company to have our refrigerator repaired. Technician came out, collected our deposit and ordered parts. It has been a month without communication, company closed the claim with our warranty company. We had the claim reopened and reported this business. Technician scheduled appointment for October 3rd and never came out. Neither technician or owner will answer the phone and voicemail boxes are full. Please do not waste your time with this company. Unethical and unprofessional services were never completed and appears they never intended to do so Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair
