Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center

We had a battery install with the estimate being $200. When we tried to take the car in it wouldn't start with our little charger. We called and told the man at Mavis (yes, no longer Tuffy) that we were going to have to call AAA to start the car. We called him back to ask that he not return the battery (wasn't in stock at location) and asked could we bring the car in once it was charged. . AAA came abou an hour later, took the car in and my husband waited for service. He was first showed a bill if $464! my husband objected and he lowered it by $100. The price he has to pay for the battery was $364! The same battery at an auto parts dealer would have been $220 with free installation. When I called to question the charge, the final reason for the extra charges was that we were "wishy washy!". I should have listened to my friend and avoided this establishment.

Rick had me at "hello"! I haven't had my car for a year but for some reason bolts came loose under the car, and my heat shield slid out! When I called Tuffy Tire and Rick answered the phone, I knew that I was dealing with a professional. I called back because FedEx came to my house and I got a little tied up but even that person who answered the phone was fantastic. When I got to the shop, Rick took my keys and he fixed the car so fast that I don't think I was even sitting down good in the chair yet. Service with a smile! Outstanding group and I highly recommend them.

My only mechanic's ! They are the only ones I trust, that do anything to my vehicle, for the past 6 years! That's it, local and trustworthy!
