This place is horrible I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy into this place after mis handling my return I kept being given the run around about my advance that I won't be getting because of ther mistake on my return. It was an awful experience the only pleasant thing about the whole experience was the greeter MJ who was nothing but helpful as he could be from there I was promised a call back that i never received.

I was quoted $98 to do my W-2 from last year. I do understand being late, there may be more cost but the last time I did my taxes late through H & R block they charged me $100. I only had 1 W-2 form, no write offs, nothing complex. I'm military and I was charged $267. I will never come back here, and I would not recommend it. If your in the military to come here, they'll scam you out of your money. Not based on the amount of W-2 forms they have to file but the amount of paper work they have to file. The women I work with of course never updated me when the amount started going up until it was time to pay for the service.

Paid $280 to have federal and state taxes filed and am supposed to be getting a state refund, yet no one asked me for a bank account number where my money would be deposited. When I called to ask about how I would be getting the refund if they didn't have my bank account number, the manager was rude and told me because I paid up front, I would have to contact the state to figure out how I would be getting my refund. Are you kidding me? The girl who did my taxes was nice but didn't ask any questions during my tax prep or try to find additional ways that I could use to get any additional money back from the government. Had me sign a bunch of forms at the end that I thought were my tax forms however 2 of them were agreeing to solicitation which I found out after I had time to review at home. They should have explained!! Terrible experience. Rude manager. I'll never go back there.
