My dissatisfaction stems from my most recent use of this store to send a time sesitive/signature required document. It was supposed to be delivered by 12/19. I asked about security before sending it.... and was told it was secured and a signature would be required . it is 7pm on 12/20 and the recipient has still not received the documents. The documents were time sensitive. The recipient stayed home all day yesterday and all day today and still has not received the documents. I will be going to the UPS store tomorrow to express my disappointment and track these important documents.
