This is one of the best contractors we have ever used (replacement of residential shingles). Corey responds quickly and is very personable and professional. His crew was on time and dependable. The quality of work is excellent. We had only one minor item on the punch list, which was completed quickly. We were so disappointed in the lack of professionalism after seeing all the great reviews. The job was decent quality but cost twice as much as we were originally quoted. We had to make payment arrangements and then the arrangement wasn't honored. And we were personally insulted. Our fault for not getting everything in writing. Just shocked.

Reached out to BC about a possibly leaking pipe boot. I was asked to text them my contact info which I did. They acknowledge receipt and said they would get back to me. Never heard back even after I sent follow up text with an inquiry.
