Lisa Weslake was our selling Realitor. We did not have a good experience with her. We had stated when listing the house the washer and dryer were not definitely staying and it ended up in the contract that we would be leaving them without our knowledge or consent. We also moved out a few days before closing and left our keys with Gilbert law firm in Beaufort and were then told days later that the buyers for our house had gone in and did another walk through without our consent. She did not really look out for us and our best interest and did a lot with our notifying us prior. Also we have had to push off our closing date several times due to both Lisa and the buyers Realitor not communicating with us to keep us in the loop with the buyers intent and whereabouts when everything was supposed to be finished and settled. We do not recommend using Lisa as a Realitor. Especially when looking to sell your home.
