        We used palmetto shores to find a rental when my fianc and I moved into town from out of state. Their staff went above and beyond to help us find the perfect property and accommodated all of our requests for move-in, prorated rent, pets, etc. (we had a long list!). If anyone is looking for a property management company who genuinely cares for their tenants - look no further. 5 stars, A++!!

        We needed a short term rental while buying and they were able to get us a very nice MH on St Helena for under $600 a month on a month to month. Highly recommend

        Easily the worst rental experience Ive had. Not timely when it comes to fixes. My AC gave out the first week I lived there which was in the middle of April of last year. Took them over a week to come out and fix it. I had a leak in my ceiling. Which they came to repair months later, their quick fix was throwing a tarp on it. Very unprofessional. Will tell you one thing and do another. I highly do not recommend this company
