Clay is a warrior! We have gone through some very trying situations with purchasing our home and this guy did NOT disappoint!
I took notes as we went through our home buying process and these are the characteristics he's shown.

Always felt like I was his only client when in reality he had more under contract.

Genuine and has great character.
If he doesn't know the answer, he'll find the answer.
I really could type examples for all of these but it'd end up being a book. I will say this, if you dont have Clay in your corner, whether you're buying or selling, its definitely your loss.

Clay has been so helpful helping our family find the right home for us. Currently living out of state and in a different time zone, he went above and beyond by doing virtual tours for us and communicating outside of business hours even if inconvenient. We could tell he really had our best interests in mind while negotiations were underway and was always transparent.
