After waiting 25 minutes at the drive-thru and there were nine cars in line. The last three ended up backing out of the drive-thru to go somewhere else. Only one window open and they got the order wrong. There were five people working the front of the store. Well only two people were actually working. Other three were standing there. No telling how many were in the kitchen part pitiful the worst. Absolutely the worst Wendy's I've ever been to

I wish i could give negative stars. I accompanied my daughter whole.she was doordashing about two weeks ago. Upon arriving, the night shift employees refused to fill her orders inside. They yelled that the inside was closed and rudely demanded that she join the very long drive-through line. After waiting in line for 40 minutes (no one addressed her at the order board and the woman who was supposed to be working the drive-thru was walking around outside and even made a point to look in the car window and glare at us as she passed by), we arrived at the window to be told they didn't have anything for us. Ms. Glaring Face lied and stated that we never spoke at the order board (we did), waved her hand dismissively and said that we were going to have to go through the line again. Admittedly, I lost my temper and demanded that they fill the order since we waited in line as they demanded and stated that they had the order through doordash already. The "manager" who was equally rude, called the police because apparently WE were holding up their line. We waited to speak with the police as we had to cancel the orders and explain the situation to the customers. No resolution, as we did nothing criminally wrong. As we were leaving, another satisfied customer could be heard yelling at the women in the drive-through, stating the employees were some of the rudest and most disrepectful people they have ever encountered. Every person on the night shift team (with the exception of the male employee) needs to be terminated for incompetence and their horrible attitudes... particularly the so-called manager who has zero work ethic and even lower people skills.
It's beyond sad that this was a newly constructed site and this is the best they can do in terms of workforce. I would recommend the franchise owner cut her losses and just shut the site down if she can't get staff who are willing to do their jobs and treat people with even an ounce of respect.
This incident has been reported to doordash and future orders will not be accepted from this location until they figure out how to serve their customers properly.

The girl taking orders through the drive through was rude as hell and cussing. I guess customer service isn't even something they're concerned with. She acted as if it was the BIGGEST inconvenience that we were there placing an order. Wish I knew her name so I could include it in this review. (My hubby didn't catch her name because he was even afraid to look directly at her! Like Medusa as he says )She ought to find a job NOT working with and around people. Had there been something else open, we would've just drove away. I've worked in customer service before and would have NEVER talked to anyone that way or behaved like that.
