First off this hotel should be ashamed of the prices it charges. The entire hotel has a funky smell. The carpets are filthy and stained everywhere especially in my room. Didnt dare go barefoot in my room. I went and bought bathroom cleaner with bleach and scrubbed my bathroom before I could use it. The bed was comfortable but the blanket was actually a bed skirt of some sort? The stairs leading downstairs is to the outside only and you can not open the door to go back up. You have to use the elevator which I hate [ I requested a first floor room but didnt get one). The stairway had vomit and trash and food on it for the first the first 3 days of my stay. Someone finally cleaned up the vomit but the other filth remained all week. The furniture in my room was stained old and smelled gross. Lots of dogs that left alone in their rooms barked constantly. When I arrived I asked when they have coffee available in the morning and was told they have it available all day and night. However after 7 pm the pots were either cold or empty. Never ever will I stay at another Hilton!

Made a reservation through their website several days prior. My family was tired from a day of travel and reached the hotel at 11:30 pm. I was told the hotel overbooked and they no longer had my room available. The employee told me that there was a room available but it was a higher price so they would have to charge me the difference. After I pointed out how ridiculous that was, he said he could adjust it to the same price. I had booked two queens but my kids had to sleep on a fold out couch that definitely was not very clean. The rest of the room wasn't too bad so I'll give it 2 stars. Would definitely not go back.

We have been here 11 days! So I think Im pretty qualified to say that this is an amazing hotel! The rooms are so lovely, the bed is comfy, the staff is nice and THE BREAKFAST IS AMAZING. They even vary it a bit from day to dayeggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches, you name it. You will not go hungry. Really grateful for this place.

Very nice place to stay. Having a small kitchen was helpful. Close to many restaurants and not too far from Parris Island. We picked this hotel based on the review of another Marine Mom. Definitely would recommend it. Very clean, zero complaints.
