The Oaks At Broad River Landing

Recommended this place to friends moving down from Ohio. However, after paying $75 for an administrative fee she was declined. She was propped up by the leasing agents that she would be perfect and didn't tell her that she may lose that money. Everything checked out but her credit is not high enough. First, make it very known what your standard is. Two, don't be greedy and take people's money for trying to find a place to live. It definitely doesn't cost $75 to run a credit report. Times are very tough on a lot of people and it's disgusting that this kind of thing is still being done. You should be more HONEST.

My wife and I are moving to the area from out of state. From start to finish, Giselle (leasing office) has been amazing. She has been extremely helpful and informative, keeping us updated every step of the way. Truly a professional and awesome experience. I highly recommend The Oaks at Broad River Landing!

Absolutely TERRIBLE office staff, the only person who was helpful and actually knew how to do their job unfortunately switched to the Savannah building. The staff in the office fails to return countless messages and emails - and if you did happen to get someone in the phone they were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Even trying to leave this property is a headache and a process that has taken way longer than it should have. They have no idea what they are doing and gaslight you by saying theyll reach out with answers and then ignore your phone calls and never return any messages. A terrible place that I will NEVER recommend to anyone based on the office staff alone. I would give them no stars to be honest if google would let me post without selecting an option. ***I'd like to update this review as I have continued to reach out to this property multiple times since posting, and the first/ONLY time I actually heard anything back from this business was once I originally posted this so I am hoping by re-posting someone will actually answer me. I was given an email for a Latonya Rogers and she has not replied to any emails / calls. I would like to be contacted ASAP about the experience I've had with this business and the staff that runs it***
