We had an incredible experience with Ellison Collision and Customs after my daughter's car accident. They handled all aspects of the claims, dealing with the adjuster, making sure that the parts were ordered, and keeping us informed. I am so thankful for how Carissa and the team took care of us!! If I could give 10 stars, I would!!

Ellison Collision & Customs is an Independent Rapair Center that adds the personal touch when repairing your car that a chain cant. The chains are all about getting your car in and out as quickly as they can so the quality of works suffers. Ellison was professional and I am very pleased with the work. This was my second repair with them and the only place I will go. I highly recommend Ellison Collision & Customs.

I recently took my newly purchased big horn RAM grille to get painted the same color as my truck. Robbie exceeded my expectations on how my custom grille project would look like. I'll be coming back to have my entire truck repainted.

I cant say enough good things! I was rear ended in my brand new Honda accord. It was a pleasant experience with Ellison from the very beginning. They fit me in because my car wasnt drivable, the only place who would within a decent amount of time. They worked with the insurance company and made a very stressful time so much easier! On top of all that, a quarter panel was not available and on back order with no ETA with only two dealers having one, the closest being VA. So what did they do? They drove to VA and got it! If it hadnt been for them and their customer service, Id still be in a rental Im sure. Not to mention that the car was nice and clean and pretty, driving like a dream. My son thought it was a new car. Thank you so much!! Highly recommend. We will use them in the future for any body shop needs.
