Pizza Hut

Just called and talked to SPENCER a manager, for a few minutes, said he didn't know who owned that Pizza Hut, he had a bad attitude and said to busy to talk to me then he hung up on me. This is the Pizza Hut in Barnwell, SC. My pizza was wrong when my husband picked it up. So they made another one while he waited, it was also wrong (and my great nephews pizza just had to set there). He didn't want to wait for another one, so he brought it home. We ordered and paid for a large and got a medium, we paid for extra toppings and didn't get them either. It was okay but not what I wanted. This isn't the first time this Pizza Hut has gotten my order wrong recently. If possible I would give 0 stars.

I was told by my girlfriend who works there that when they drop food in them floor the owner BOB make them pick it up off the floor and use it anyway in talking about wings. He says the hot grease will kill the dirt and germs.

I waited at the window for another 20 after the app said my order was ready. I went inside to cancel my order and the employees found it sitting on the shelf. I got 1 pizza and an order of wings 50 minutes after I ordered online.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE RUDE STAFF for starters. I waited at the window for 10 minutes before someone opened the window to address me. There were plenty of employees walking around doing nothing but looking at their phones, every once in a while they would look up at me and then ignore me .. Pizza was cold and not what I ordered but was afraid if I took it back they would spit in it. I will NEVER eat from this location again in my life!!!!!!
