The Upstate Garner Group is awesome. They helped us close on a very difficult condo situation...but, they helped us get through the difficulties. The team of Joe and Rita really goes out of their way to help. Truly above and beyond and well after closing, too. I'd definitely use them again, but hope to never have to :-) as we hope to be in our forever home now.

Joe brought Rita to our home. Gave us quick appraisal and sold our home with in a week. Found out what area of Anderson we were wanting to locate in. Showed us several homes in area we were interested in. Size price availability. Helped finalizing on our old home and getting the legal work done on our new home. They were great to deal with and I would not use any one else if I were to need a realtor in the future. Being Christians I knew I could trust them 100%. Thank you Joe and Rita!!!!!
