    Looks like no one has time to look at the reviews and answer for themselves or make a phone call..lol..because all of the replies or replicas printed by a computer, I persume, would be embarrassed to be the girl dumb enough to let them put my photo beside such craziness, they definitely don't even take the time to look for a fax just like they didn't when they did prescription orders but at least back then it was so busy that they had an halfway excuse but what's the problem now they aren't ripping off us older people and the government? What are they doing with their time that they can't make sure the customers get complete and courteous care??

    Had a sleep study done and my doctor put in an order for a cpap machine. There have been some issues with cpaps, recalls, etc, and Bryant's did call saying they were waiting on about 10 machines, that it might take some time due to the backlog. A month and a half later I decided to call for an update. I was told they decided to get out of the cpap business and they were sorry. A follow up call to let your customers know of this decision would have been nice instead of leaving a customer hanging. Tried to give a local business some business.

    If you are thinking about purchasing a cpap machine from here, run the other way. Customer service is horrible. You call and leave a message and its days or weeks before anyone calls you back. (If they even call you).
