        A women answered the phone but, said she couldn't make an appointment for me, the lawyer sets his own appointments. So, I left my number and waited. I expected a call back the next day or so. It was several days before he finally returned my call, by that time I had already found a solution for my needs.

        We are still waiting on Eakes to distribute our Mom's estate. He has had a check of 87,000 in his account since August. It's November. This is ridiculous. We have tried calling, emailing, etc, with no response. He is the most useless attorney I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the respect and find another attorney.
