        Today I came in very frustrated with my account and the fact the lady said I couldnt speak with no one unless I had an appointment. Even though I showed frustration toward the banker, she kept a positive attitude towards me, and was able to stay friendly. Her name is Teresa Harris. I want to say how much I appreciated her kindness today. Thank you Teresa. She gave me pointers and told me to breathe that she would help however she could. Then she put me with Tami and she was also just nice and understanding as Teresa. Thank you ladies for making my day better just by your positivity and helpfulness and kindness and understanding.
