SERVPRO of Aiken

My house flooded while I was out of town due to a broken pipe, and Servpro was easy to contact and set everything up. They were very easy to deal with, as I was still traveling back and forth out of town. They made it a great experience for me, and I trusted them wholeheartedly in my home while I was away due to their great professionalism and communication skills. Even though I wasnt present some of the time, They made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. Roy, Guan, Joey, Amber, Will, and Josh did an amazing job. I would definitely use Servpro again if needed.

My house flooded during the great freeze of Winter '22, and Servpro was one of the first places I contacted, and I don't know what I would have done if I had gone with someone else. Despite my insurance company's constant attempts to low-ball me and not pay enough to do what we needed to mitigate, replace floors, replace cabinets, etc., Jerry L. went above and beyond to make sure that my insurance company wasn't taking advantage of me. His years of experience as an insurance adjuster were invaluable in beating my adjusters at their own game so that they had no basis to deny me what I was owed. Honestly Jerry probably helped me way too much. This man answered my messages on in the evenings, weekends, and so much more. He deserves a raise since I certainly wasn't his only client and yet somehow he managed to make me feel like I had someone on my team while I was out of my house for seven months. If it wasn't for Jerry, I honestly would likely not be in my house until December 2023, based on how far my insurance company wanted to push everything as far as they possibly could. But we finally got everything we were owed, and I couldn't have done it without the folks at Servpro Aiken. You won't regret going with them if you have an issue like mine.

Discovering water damage is such a nightmare, and I am SO grateful for Kevin and his excellent team during this process. I have felt informed every step of the way. They were kind, comforting, hard-working, and detailed. I am so appreciative of their dedication to seeing this project through. I would highly recommend. They were such a blessing to me during this stressful timetruly exceptional people.

During a stressful and unfamiliar episode the Servpro staff was efficient and effective. They took time to explain all their procedures and techniques to me and answered all my curious questions.
