The roof on our 20 year old home needed to be replaced. I chose 4 local roofing contractors to bid on the job. Bobby Robinson of RitePrice Roofing was my first call. He responded that same day and thoroughly inspected our roof. During his inspection he found several problem areas that required new framing. After obtaining estimates from the other 3 contractors, I decided to hire RitePrice Roofing to do the job. Some of the contractors chose not to do the whole job, which would require me to obtain a separate contractor to do the required framing and fascia work. The estimate from RitePrice Roofing was competitive with the other estimates I received, and included a quote for the additional work, as well as the roof replacement, so I chose them for the job. I definitely made the right decision. Bobby and his roofing crew are courteous, professional, and willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy me as their customer. I felt confident that I could trust them to do the job right. Bobby explained how the problem areas were addressed, and that their work will mitigate the chances of a recurring problem. Bobby kept me steadily informed of their progress, and I was very pleased with his mannerism and professional attitude. The roofing crew are experienced and diligent workers. They exhibited excellent work ethics and took the necessary time to ensure that the job site was cleaned thoroughly. The new roof looks GREAT, and RitePrice Roofing clearly exceeded my expectations. Bobby reminded me that their work is guaranteed, and to contact him if any problems develop. We needed a whole new roof and wanted gutters, so we contacted Bobby. He was very quick to respond and come give us an estimate. Despite being a young business owner, he was very prompt, professional and respectful. His crew that was assigned to our roof, were very friendly, prompt on the job, they worked very hard and worked over 12 hours in the crazy heat the first day, they came back second day completed the job, cleaned up and left our property as they found it. We love our new metal roof and gutters, and will definitely use them for future services we may need. Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation
