        I have rented two locations with Harper and now have family that rents through them. Our experience has been great. We understand that it may take time for them to get back to us, a curtesy reminder never hurt. However once in full swing they get the task done without issue. Terri has always been respectful with us. Lester is very communicative when you have his attention.

        Very unprofessional, doesnt respond back in a timely manner when things need to be done. Terri is very rude . She doesnt say hi hello or anything ,just goes straight in for the kill . I think that is very rude . Only time she respond to messages is when rent is due and its not in a nice way. Communication is everything and she doesnt do that very well .Ive always been nice and respectful to her but atp Im going to treat her how she treats me with the same nasty responses.
