        I have never in my life lost as much as I have after being sold a home by a real estate agent from Wisteria Properties. Apparently the agent was illiterate because she doesnt understand what the contract binds her to in regards to a being a buyers representative. Beware if you are an out of state buyer. I lost everything because I trusted Wisteria Properties to help me purchase a home. If you want to go from financially secure, with pre approved credit, income and money in the bank to bankrupt, this is the place to do it.
