T's Sprinkler Systems-Landscaping

My experience was not good. Referred by trusted friends so I felt confident of a quality job. Installed system in a week making a mess of my yard and asked for payment even though there were two broken heads, one needed to be moved a little, issue with control setup, and several heads needed lowering. Of course I paid and expected a return visit or at least a call to indicate when they’d be back. Returned once after I called and an explanation of zone setup was given..nothing else. Husband called second time and some of the issues were resolved, but then he left and the job is still not complete. Also believe we were greatly overcharged. Praying that he will return and do the right thing.

Friday morning I discover a water leak out by the road and assumed from the sprinkler system. Mr Timmerman was recommended by a friend and he quickly had his courteous crew out to look at the problem. It was definitely not a leak in the sprinkler line but they were determined to find where the water was coming from. It turned out to be a City problem, thank goodness! I would have never been able to identify the problem so quickly without their persistence. The City was able to solve the problem before the weekend. Thanks again! S. Foster

I call Mr. Timmerman from number provided 3 times no answer then I leave a message early afternoon, then he calls me back in the evening, I explain the problem he says he can fix it the next day but he's not sure if he'll make it, I say give me a call if you can't make it. Never came never called. Bad business I dont reccomend!!!
