I booked 3 nights and never got any maid services. I had to ask for coffee refills and clean towels. I specifically requested my room be cleaned before I went out on Saturday and when I returned at 4pm..it had not been touched. When I asked why I was told they were overbooked and under staffed. But I'm paying big bucks for this room, no discounts for lack of maid service. I will never recommend nor stay here again.

Our second stay here and we noticed an update in the decor and flooring. Breakfast served 6-9 during the week with lots of healthy choices. 10 miles off from interstate. Walkability: Numerous resturants within walking distance and safe. Also shopping center with grocery store.

So I have been staying with Marriott for about 20 plus years or more and today was the worst customer service ever !!!! I have a government job and I always use my government discount, points or the corporate rate because I have family members who work for the company . Today I was told that I couldn't use the rate because I am not working. I can only use the rate if I am working . Mind you I have worked for the government for 14 years and I have never been told this until today . The lady was super rude ,nasty because she was chewing food and and it was falling out of her mouth while she was talking . I tried to find somewhere else stay but because everything was booked I was force to pay the rate and still have to deal with the rude customer service I received. Mind you I stayed here at the same hotel for the last 2 years and I used the same rate then but now it's changed . It didn't change the people working the front attitudes is what changed .
