We just got inspection completed on a new build. The home is by a builder with great reputation (not Stanley Martin/dr hornton etc) , a custom builder. We werent extremely concerned with the inspection but knew it was a good idea. The inspector found some very important things that will need to be addressed before closing. He was extremely thorough and a few of the things I remember saying how could he find/notice that. Scheduled very quickly. Was recommended to us by a friend and I would recommend him to everyone buying a house, even new construction.
