        Donna was so patient and accommodating. She ordered numerous samples, always with a smile, as I hunted for the perfect carpet. Was very happy with the service I received.

        My new floors are gorgeous!! Donna was so helpful and knowledgeable and the installers were amazing. They even started 2 days early. I was doing this from Virginia and Donna made it so easy. I highly recommend them!!

        The contractor who installed the bathroom flooring did a great job, but the company policy is that when they remove toilets to lay the flooring, they simply leave the toilets sitting in the bathtub and leave. The customer is expected to reinstall it. This WAS NOT discussed previously, and the employee (Donna) was extremely rude, argumentative and condescending when questioned about it and insisted she told me. I would have NEVER agreed to use this company had I known this!! They finally had a plumber come reinstall them both later that day. Just be very cautious and ask a lot of questions. If your toilet is removed, youll have to put it back in. I would not recommend using this company. There are far more competent and professional ones in the area!
