I have a very crazy work schedule and with Aspen Dental's hours I was easily able to make an appointment. Danielle was my dental higenist and she was amazing. She walked me through everything she was going to do and was very friendly! I have not had many good experiences going to the dentist but Aspen Dental's staff really made the experience exceptional.

Horrible customer service !!!!!!! I called and booked an appointment 3 weeks out. They send email 3 days before to confirm, which I did confirm. They call the afternoon before my appointment and cancel my appointment because I did not get their call. Called Veronica at Aspen Dental back after I get the message of my cancelled appointment and she states there is nothing she can do except rebook my appointment. Unacceptable! I reach out for dental assistance 3 weeks in advance and cancel me with no regard for my wellbeing. This is the first time I have been treated like this by any dental or medical practice. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL and no concern for your patients!!! 0 stars out of 5 !
