        I wasnt going to be this person, but. After I had to call the store telling them that the gallon of tea we ordered was SOURED, no date on the gallon to even see when it was stored. She handled it professionally, of course we could drive all the way back over there or they could write our name down. But then, open our salads, I have a whole slice of ham, not cut up. And a formula sauce half way filled. We havent had Grouchos in months because the last experience was almost the same way. Hate to say that we probably wont be back. April 5 2024 5:45pm $37 later..

      Hello Candace, we are sorry to hear your most recent experience with us wasn't what you were expecting. We brew our tea fresh daily and didn't receive any other concerns about it tasting sour that day but we will be sure to monitor that.
