        I joined First citizens Bank in Virginia before moving to Aiken South Carolina. I went to the whiskey Road branch introduced myself to Laurie and Dori. I cannot ask for a better professional dealings with any bank Ive dealt with in the past 50 years theyre my go to bank, hands-down.

        When I cash checks on New Ellenton the teller "Pam" always asks if I have an account so it got to the point where I had to make complaints about her and guess what happen nothing !!! Sharon Crabbe vice president sent me a letter that my accounts where going to be close on such date so I closed it myself I recommend SRP!! SHARON CRABBE needs to be Fired for not providing the right training in customer service...

        Well I choose not to go to this branch anymore. After have seeing Ashley, and Nicole using chats on the computer to talk about customers. And have Ashley treat me like she is above all. I have been with first Citizens for 12 years but I will drive a cross town to avoid this branch. And I'm sure it will lead to me closing my account soon and banking else where. Dorri is great bank manager and does a great job to add though. Her staff just thinks they are above them self.
