John always comes through for us and gets the impossible done and I am not easy when it comes to our company merchandise, I have worked with many different company's in the past and I can can tell you there is no company in New England that will take care of you like this one. We have been working HPG for years now and they will always get our projects.

I came to their location and worked with someone to design a decal for my business's front door. The employee said it wasn't a complicated job and that they would call me within 48 hours to schedule an installation date. After 2 1/2 weeks of radio silence, I called them, spoke to a different employee who was very apologetic, and said he'd have the installation guy give me a call right away. Another two weeks later and I still haven't gotten a call. Go somewhere else. This place is very unprofessional.

I've gotten almost every single item of clothing I wear screen printed or embroidered to my exact specifications for the past 7 years from Heavy Press. I've also had custom signage made. Whatever it is I go back every time I'm branding anything and I'm always welcomed with open arms.
