    In December of 2020, ServiceMaster picked up 4 carpets from us to clean and restore. I am 90% sure they didn't actually clean them. We were moving from RI to CT and wanted the rugs to be cleaned before we moved them and all of our furniture. I have worked in the cleaning business for most of my life, and I know what carpets look like before and after they are cleaned. We weren't expecting miracles - these were vintage persian styled carpets with stains and wear - but there was absolutely no visible improvement. When a carpet is cleaned, stains are removed or mitigated, the pile gets re-fluffed, and furniture marks either disappear or are likewise mitigated. Not a single stain was removed. Not a single furniture mark was lessened. The pile was just as flat as when we sent them off. One carpet that had been in the garage and even after multiple vacuum sessions smelled like dust came back... still smelling like dust. I literally could not find any evidence that they had even been cleaned, but of course I didn't think to take pictures beforehand, so there is no way that I can prove it. Regardless, I will never use ServiceMaster again and recommend that unless they are coming to your house to do the work, that you do not either. Service: Carpet cleaning

    We were so relieved to have actual professionals taking care of our mold find, especially after we inquired about a couple “treatment plans” from other companies. Ryan came in with his gear and showed us the real deal the others missed (like, 98% of the mold). He took air samples to send out. He had a logical plan forward that we felt absolutely positive about. This team made the others look like clowns and charlatans. We were thoroughly informed of what was being done and why, and I actually felt safe in my own home. There were many layers of inspection and testing, yet it was all done quickly. I’d recommend anyone with a mold problem to seek this team immediately. You’ll be wasting your time and money with anyone else! Service: Mould inspection

    We have utilized ServiceMaster by Mason twice so far during this pandemic. They were able to handle disinfecting the entire office and production area over the weekend, so our operation was not negatively affected. The 2nd time, they came in on a holiday and on short notice to help ensure our staff was safe and felt secure upon arrival. Fantastic service and great value!
