Explained every step of the process and went beyond my expectations of cement design doing the pool coping, patio, and steps and used 6 different designs. Jamie did my patio 2 years ago. I felt like a second class citizen. He was very busy and put me off for 2 months. When he finally came it got done between his other jobs. Because of some water issues he had to come back the next spring to reseal the patio. Now another year later and the concrete is disintegrating. He said it was because I used salt when actually the areas where salt was used faired better. We used pet friendly ice melt on our steps which drains away from the main part of the patio. I am now looking for another company to come and fix his disaster. See pictures below Clarifying to the response the pictures were taken of areas where there was no Never ice melt used and the water drains in the opposite direction. How professional to blame the customer. We were n ver told and have nothing in writing saying not to use ice melt, which was NOT the problem.

Manfredi Hardscapes tore up our old front walkway and back patio, leveled the area, and put in a new beautiful stamped concrete walkway and much larger stamped concrete patio. They were wonderful to work with. They left the area neat each day and we got great communication throughout the project. They showed up exactly when they said they would, worked quickly, and never missed even the smallest of details. Both the walkway and patio have been finished and both exceeded our expectations!
