Bar Pisco

I enjoyed the ambience and decor however, the food lacked the technique that warranted the price! The scallop special was delicious yet oddly cubed into pieces (perhaps to stretch the portion?). Roasted yuca was outstanding. My short rib dish was underwhelming and salty. My guest loved the chaufa however it wasnt at all what she expected. The rice pudding was average fare. Overall good however Im not sure Ill return for dinner given that it was simple snd lacked the wow factor I was hoping for. Excellent service.

Outstanding experience. I always go for a lovely Tequila cocktail, but the Pisco Sour was an outstanding suggestion by our equally outstanding server. Yucca fries and beef tataki exceeded expectations and atmosphere was perfect. Cant wait to go back.

Great atmosphere, the kindest and most attentive servers, and super tasty food. Highly recommend getting the Suspiro de Limea dessert! Will be back here in the future!
