called 3 times for my agent or any agent to contact me about new insurance I need on 5 additional apartment buildings and can not get a representative to call me back. I've been a customer of this company for many years. Guess it's time to look elsewhere for my commercial insurance

It took 5 days to recieve a quote for an auto and home policy (still haven't recieved quotes for two others). Quoted rates on those two alone were $7,200 more a year than what I am currently paying.

Terrible communication. Whoever took this company over is incredibly incompetent. Not only do they not answer the phone or their emails I have gotten a letter from my mortgage company looking for proof of hazard insurance because they neglected to send it in !

Very poor customer service. We're moving our policies to another agency asap. We had a wonderful agent with World Insurance for over 50 years, then she retired. Since then, the service has been terrible. There was no communication about who replaced her and we get bounced around in their phone system. No call backs and when we do get someone, they say they will call right back and don't follow through. Still waiting for answers on why our premiums jumped astronomically. Very frustrated with this agency. Do not recommend.
