    They are rude and act as if the funds for training opportunities is their own. Left my folder sitting on a desk for weeks after my original case manager resigned. All of my paperwork was turned in for processing by the previous case manager. (she did her job!) It was not sent up the chain by the office manager and fell through the cracks. When I FINALLY reached someone (after multiple calls and emails) I was told I had to get a new case manager instead of being assigned one. I was then told I would be assigned one by the Manager of the department but never was. I had to then go back and request a video appointment with a new worker on my own. On that video call I had to present additional documentation when I already completed the application for training funds. This prolonged the process and could possibly be a cause for my permit and DOT to expire. If you have an opportunity to do so.GO TO ANOTHER OFFICE!!!!!!!

    Paul Rosedale who is my training interviewer for the grant I have received for my education is so rude to me and always has a snarky comment about everything we email each other about. I have called in the past to talk to a manager to whom I forgot his name and I had asked if theres anyone else that can be provided with the responsibility of being the person who deals with my grant instead of Paul and was denied. Not only that the manager I spoke with was even ruder than Paul. Now do to this global pandemic I have to email paul a lot and Im sick of the way I get talked to but apparently there is nothing I can do about it. And not only is paul rude through our email conversations but Ive also received plenty of attitude from him at our past appointments.
