I just got a phone call from all state a company she recommended and they doing everything possible to avoid paying such a scam from all state and Alexis avoid at all cost.
Run
In the beginning she gave me good customer service.
Now she doesnt answer phone call or answer emails.
Go somewhere else.
The minute I gave her five stars she ignored me as a customer
Ill start that I didnt file any claim yet and hopefully Ill never need to but so far Alexis is awesome great personality great service always responsive and always try to be fair and make sure youre happy and satisfied very professional give answer for everything you need and asking about and the most important always doing it with a smile I wish more place will learn from her how to provide service to customers.
Ill mention I never give five stars well almost never because I think she deserve it.

Ive been using Alexis McKnight Allstate for my homeowners insurance for 5 years now and although Ive yet to have to file a claim , Alexis has been very accommodating with any questions or inquiries I might have had!

Every time I call my agent and leave a message she never return my call. I was purchasing a home and need some paperwork me and my broker reached out with mo response from her. Thank to the other agents I received what I needed.

She fell off the face of the earth. Does not answer phone calls or emails. Never at the office
