Absolutely loved this hotel, will definitely be staying again once the pool is back up and running. Its clean the breakfast in the morning is amazing. Its also very convenient with things close by like restaurants and shopping marts. They put others to shame with how good the service is here.

Everything here is beautiful and well, Stephanie (might be spelled wrong sorry) at the front desk has been the most helpful in particular also very sweet! However there has been some downsides .. horrible internet connection and no way to upgrade to better although on the website it says you can, and the pool room is absolutely freezing. When the weather is cold outside you would only expect the water to be a bit warmer. Im not asking for a hot tub temperature but something warmer than what it was would be wonderful. Kids rarely seem to care about low temperature but our children were very sad and disappointed in not being able to swim for long because of how cold it was. Besides this the rooms were wonderful, besides a funky smell from one . They provide lots of things that are great and the breakfast is delightful!

Residence inn is by far my favorite hotel to stay at. The staff there is so amazing. Donna, Terry and Michelle always go above and beyond and make it feel like home away from home.

The negative reviews of this hotel are inaccurate. I am a frequent traveler up and down the East Coast and stay in a Marriott hotel, once a month for a week. I have been to residence Inn in big cities and small towns. This one is a better option. The breakfast is outstanding, which is important in a time when breakfast is expensive. The rooms are clean. Parking is easy and there are food options within walking distance if need be. This is a better residence Inn.
