Bad customer service, spoke to person on the phone and said could bring couch and got there said had a couch employee kept repeating "no furniture no furniture no furniture" while trying to explain.

I used to love this store. Not anymore. Although there is plenty of merchandise to pick from, its a total turn off to be surrounded by employees who are miserable and never say so much as hello or thank you to customers, especially the very rude management. The old management team used to be so nice and welcoming. Not any more. Customers seem to be an annoyance to them. And prices? They are not pricing for the average person who needs a cheap pair of pants. A 12 year old pair of Chicos or LOFT pants is 9-12$. Its not vintage, its just old out of style junk. A j crew skirt from 2016 (check the tag inside)is $12+. A half burned Yankee candle is $10. A Walmart brand hoodie is $11.99 (new at Walmart 12$). Jars of costume junk jewelry in the case now priced at $299. !! A used wrinkly button down shirt from Banana Republic $9-12 you can buy them NEW at the BR outlet for $18-20. A dress from junky Shein (!) is 13.99. Old Navy dress $14 (old navy offers 60% off all the time. New dress would be 18-20). Missing a tag? The manager on duty will make up a delusional price depending on his mood Target brand shirt $12 because thats his uniformed opinion. Yet the next time a similar item is $4.99 from a different employee. Get some training in how to be respectful to the shoppers who pay your salaries and get real about prices. No one wants old jeans for $14-19.

Savers is a great store but the management (and several employees) need an attitude adjustment. The two male managers are rude to just about everyone apparently forgetting that without customers they wouldnt have a job. Hi, thank you, have a nice day all simple things to say to customers who spend their money in the Warwick store. But no. They are angry and miserable. As far as non management employees, there are some who are kind and helpful, but two in particular will knock you out of the way just to put clothes on the rack, yell at you if you go anywhere near the new racks theyre bringing out, and wont answer a question about what color is 50% off because youre bothering them. Sorry, but when Im shopping, I dont really want someone to come and knock me out of the way just to hang two shirts in front of me - they can say excuse me as I would. Putting up w bad attitudes seems to be the highest price we pay in Savers.
