        I made an appointment only to pull up to the office and the doors were locked with no one inside. No notice on the door or anything and the open sign was on.

        So who works here because none of you showed up today and that's really disappointing I tried calling around 12 and continued to call periodically until around 2:30 and then drove to the office to find it empty and I tried calling customer service to get ahold of someone who works here but they some how only have the public office # and have no other way of contacting anyone in the office so unless you show up I can't get my taxes please come to work

      Hi Ryan, I am the District Manager for this location. I am very sorry to hear about you not being able to see anyone in our Warwick, RI location. Unfortunately, that location is not staffed during the off season. We operate on a limited "by appointment only" schedule. If you would like to make an appointment, we have availability on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:00 to 5:00. The best way to make the appointment is online since our phones are not staffed.I also tried to look up your account with us but I could not find a return in our system under "Ryan Fernandes". Could it be listed under a different name? If you would like to make an appointment I can be here to meet you and work through this.Thank you
