Melino Photo

I am so disappointed. I went to purchase digital download images for $40. My son and stepson took photos with Santa and when I scanned the QR code they were trying to have me buy it again when I have the receipt that I paid $40 to get those images. I left a voicemail nobody got back to me. So I went to the mall again to talk to them and the woman who was taking the photos was saying oh I cnt do it right now it will back my whole line up she said she would activate the photos in 3 hours and call me back which that never happened. So I left another voicemail and still havent heard back. Also, I dont understand how someone can keep taking care of customers when they havent finished taking care of me and my family mind you I already paid her. This is very upsetting because I paid $40 for photos I never received. I dont recommend getting photos from this woman.

I have to say that I am a bit disappointed in my recent experience with Melino Photo. I went there to get pictures done with Santa at the Warwick Mall. I decided to purchase 2 5x7s and a digital download. This came out to almost $50. I got a card with a QR code that would allow me to get the digital download of the picture. I thought that the $18.70 I paid would give me the digital copy of my picture, but unfortunately when I scanned the code, I had to pay another $22.50 if I wanted my picture downloaded!! If it wasnt for this being a gift and me wanting to use the picture for Christmas cards, I would have never paid the extra $22.50. It was such a rip off. The people were nice, but I wish I just paid for the digital download to save on money. Ive had good experiences with the business, but I was a bit upset of all the money I had to spend.

Just got my daughter's middle school photos and they are AMAZING! So much better than every year of Lifetouch in elementary school!
