Waited over an hour to told after 5 minutes that maybe your medication is your problem go back to your other doctor. Office staff was unfriendly and I walk with a walker and no one offered m any assistance while I was tried to navigate a non handicapped accessible office

Absolutely unprofessional, during consultation was told that a procedure would be definitely duable and instead got a botched job, they tried to fix the botched job but made it worst, was then told that none of this was doable after all. I lost tons of money. They hustled us out as soon as the procedure was done and were absolutely rude and disrespectful. Absolutely run as fast as possible.

An RI company that accepts MA insurance and not RI... oh wait a minute they'll take you but you have to prepay and get yourself reimbersed from the insurance company yourself...go figure ! ... business practices just aren't what they used to be, as a past patient I am very displeased.

I WOULD SUE THIS PLACE. THEY SHOULD BE PAYING ME If it was possible to give this 0 stars I would have. This place destroyed my mouth. I had a root canal done on a front tooth elsewhere and my original dentist said I didn't need a crown. 2 years later asks me if I want to do the crown. The crown was placed but my tooth broke off. I then also got referred to THIS PLACE for an implant to replace it. I was warned NOT TO LET THEM PLACE THE IMPLANT SAME DAY AS REMOVAL. I asked about it and they said "no, others only say that because they don't know how to do it properly" So he did it same day. 3 days later MY IMPLANT CAME LOOSE IN MY JAW. I go back and he said I need a bone graft. Okay thats fine. BUT RIGHT AFTER THAT THE ADJACENT TOOTH IS NOW LOOSE!!!!!!! I tried to call about it and they tried telling me it was going to be 2 weeks before they'll get me in. What a joke this place is. At that point I refused to go back and I was TERRIFIED of any dentist from there it. I have NEVER been scared of the dentist.
