My husband and I worked with Susan Pagliarini at Guaranteed Rate for the mortgage on our first home. We were buying during the end of the pandemic and we could not find a home. We put in around 50 offers and Susan helped us with all of them. She never gave up on us; always answered her phone, took the time to explain everything to us in simple understandable terms and answered all our questions without judgement. She was always patient, professional, sympathetic, honest and became like a family friend to us. Once we bought our home, Susan still stayed in touch with us and continues to advise us on our mortgage and financial questions.
