        I've ordered takeout from here 3 different times over the last year. The process was a nightmare each time. The person at the counter taking my order is always rude. Never says hi. Never says thanks. Never telks us where to wait for our order or how long it will take. And no, it wasn't busy. It was always empty when I went. The hostess always goes out of their way to avoid us like the plague and not make eye contact. God forbid she would have to actually work and answer a question. And....it was a different person each time. I hate this place. I only keep going cause my child loves their wings. This has been like an issue for the last 4 years. I just don't recall the total number of visits. Reply to Restaurant: Just tell your front staff people to stop talking to each other and actually be warm, friendly, and inviting to customers. They are the ones hurting you.
