Adam stone be careful from this man I send the car yesterday to fix the vehicle and Ive been watching this guy. This is not the first time Ive been sending over there every single time I come over he wants to help me think Im stupid and yesterday he told me the car need Hanas I told him dont touch the car. I wanna grab that and bring it back. I check everything is not on this was broken or anything then when I bring it back hes like yeah everything is OK now this guys trying to screw people so you guys be careful from the sky is a bad advisor.

Adam stone when you go over there and we care for from this man he will charge you left and right and we thought you were here you have another problem in your car You are the person who worked in Lexus you bring your car over there and they keep telling you they need more work and more work and work stop lying with the people in this way you can make your commission Lexus of Warwick thats what you work for and everybody was saying that even the manager at the parts department she told me personally she said this guy has been watching to make commission he told people he need extra stuff the same thing you told me I bought my own car you told me you need the harness that I had to fight with you and tell you nothing wrong with the Hanas then you did then Then you said OK no problem when your tech was working on my car he mustve the remote control you can open you can close you charge me $375 for two fuses shame on you because your tech burn the fuses and also thats not the first car you do that I watch you for three cars I talk over there youre trying to tell me its another problem this way you can make lousy 5% commission of shame on you I hope they will fire you because I have a review all over the place at Lexis shame on you how do you sleep at night and your life of people to make 5% commission shame on you I hope Lexus of warwick they will fire you the manager in the parts department she told me the same thing that youve been doing and they were been watching you for it

I sincerely wanted the Lexus RX350H but I wasn't sure about the cost or what to expect from Lexus of Warwick. If there are any of you that feel the same way, please give them a visit. From the very first introduction to the final signing of Documents, everyone at Lexus was kind and professional. They made the entire process easy and I drove out with the Lexus of my choice that day. I was comfortable with the price that we agreed on, financing was easy, and I walked out smiling and feeling like a king. Thank you Lexus of Warwick for your kind and sincere efforts in getting me into my new RX350H!!!

My wife recently purchased a GX460. It was the smoothest car purchasing experience I have ever had. Your Finance guy Devin Palva was amazing. We knew y'all closed at 5pm but it didn't matter. Your staff was going to make this car ours regardless. Our sales person was Laila Al-Alami and she was awesome. You have a customer for life. I cannot thank your staff enough for being professional,courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.We love our GX460 from Lexus of Warwick. Keep up the great work.

Worked with an excellent salesperson, Matt Humphrey. I have been buying and leasing cars for over 50 years and have never met a more hard working, personable young man. He worked digilently to make the deal work for me. Aside from that there is just a different ambiance to this dealership that I have not experienced at other dealerships. I think the name Lexus says it all. It is a very technical car and the tech person Alisha made the experience even better. Now that I have had the Lexus for over a year, I would like to add a few comments. I still consider the dealership excellent and in general the Lexus provides an overall comfortable riding experience. The technology is excellent. Two items I dislike. I chose the most expensive RX350 because of the luxury package which has up and down lumbar support as well as in and out. I dont know how tall you have to be (I am 56 tall) and the bottom lumbar support which I wanted the most out of this car is no where near the base of my spine. The seats are not comfortable; they are hard and the lumbar support is also hard. I had a 03 Cadillac Seville that rode very comfortably and had seats like your living room recliner. If you have a back problem, this may not be the vehicle for you. A while back I had looked at a new Camry and the salesman himself said if you have a back problem you dont want this vehicle. I find this problem generic to Toyota products. Yes they are very reliable but seat comfort is not a priority. Additionally the rear seats are not heated which one would expect in a $60,000 vehicle. Before I leased the Lexus I compared it with a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland just as many features, actually mor, and more comfortable than the Lexus. Incompetence!!!! We purchased a certified 2019 Lexus NX 300 with 41,000 miles. The dealer notes said good tires and good brakes. I called service regarding the brakes since it is my wifes car. I asked when the brakes were done. I was told they were the original and were in good shape. I had my doubts. At 47,000 7,000 miles after purchase I will need front and rear brakes.my wife drives 275 miles a month. This to me is gross incompetence. The brakes should have been done before we bought the car. Although I am told I should be able to get another 6 months out of the brakes that would put us at approximately 8500 miles after purchase. So if you are thinking of buying an L certified vehicle and the dealer notes say good tires and brakes, ask for the maintenance records on the brakes especially. 8500 miles after purchase is completely unacceptable. I had to replace the brakes on my RX 350 reviewed above at 29,000. Unacceptable!!!
