USI Insurance Services-Rhode Island

We paid for a policy for my son(new driver) and he unfortunately was not put on the policy (he was exempt) which we found out when he got into a fender bender. We understand that people make mistakes but instead of apologizing we were told we should have gone directly through Progressive to get the policy. Basically blaming us for the error. We are not insurance people and relied on them for their expertise. So I recommend if you are in need of auto insurance just go directly through the company instead of using USIs services.
