I will never buy a policy with Metlife. My mother had a small life policy with them and I was the primary beneficiary. They outsource their life insurance death claims to the Philippines to customer services reps that know nothing. They have no manners and mess up everything. Metlife should really reconsider outsourcing death claims. They have no idea what is going on. The service they provide is very pure. It took over 30 minutes just to get a supervisor in the united states to assist me.

Customer service via phone is UNSATISFACTORY. Long waits for Agent...25 minutes routine...unbelievable for a major company like MetLife
