        Granted, my need was pretty simple (12x15" basement window pane) but I dropped it off yesterday afternoon and picked it up today a little after lunchtime. Quick, fair cost, and they're close by to me. Thanks!

        RUDE, not helpful. I called about my front door window pane being broken. The man who answered was short, unfriendly, and straight up rude. He told me they dont do that type of job, that its too small of a job for them. When I asked if he had anyone to refer me to, he told me Id have to call around. Poor customer service, will never use again.

        I went there about six months ago! Looking for a pice of temperd glass! The women was very rude and said they don't do temperd glass! Today my friend got a pice of temperd glass from them and said the women was fery rude and quoted him 1 price over the phone and charged him another when he went to picked it up! How are they still in business with that witch at the counter????
