Bob and his team picked up our whole home renovation after we had been left in the dust by a terrible initial contractor. We were immediately impressed by his skill, patience, collaboration and professionalism. Bob and his team helped us by: - installing new siding on our home and garage - installing a new kitchen - cosmetic updates throughout our home - 2 new bathrooms We could not offer him higher praise. We also appreciated working with Cherine who was very on top of billing and communication. There was never a guess for why we were paying what we were or when it would be expected. In addition, we had a designer who we had pre-selected prior to working with the spagnolo team and Bob did a great job incorporating her vision as well as double checking dimensions etc to ensure all went aligned to plan. Lastly, we personally appreciated the way that Bob worked with his team. He clearly serves not only as a boss but also as a mentor (both personally and professionally) to his crew. As my husband and I are educators, this approach resonated with us and deepened our respect for the work of the company. Services: General construction, Home renovations

I recently hired Spagnolo Homes to build a second floor deck on my home. During my initial call, I immediately witnessed Bobs attention to detail based on the questions he was asking me and his great insight on my project. We then had a very detailed discussion of the project to ensure that we were on the same page during the quoting process (No Surprises). During the project, Bob continually gave me updates and requested my inputs/agreements along the way. Bobs professionalism, communication and passion for getting it right the first time were great attributes for a successful project. Also, Bobs team was a direct reflection of his professionalism and work ethic. The project, even during these Covid times, was a great success and I am very happy with the finished product. I will be going back to Bob for any future work. I highly recommend Bob and his team if you want the job done right the first time! Service: Remodeling
