Excellent service. This is hard to find now, I met Jackie she was knowledgeable, easy going, and went above and beyond to help upgrade my iPhone.. also the best price I have been able to find after months of shopping around! Jackie gets 5 , she is the reason I switched after 15 years with my old provider, to boost. I also plan on going back to see Jackie to make a similar purchase for my mother :) Thanks Jackie I appreciate your time and effort *Once in a while someone just earns or deserves some credit* in my opinion working in retail management she would be in charge of that location.

Awful experience, went on Tuesday and told that they needed more info to transfer from my current carrier, went back on Wednesday and brought the info they requested but then they could not get a clear picture of my license so I was asked to bring another form of ID..SOOOO I returned on Thursday with another form of ID and told that the lighting to take the picture is not right and that they have complaind to management about the issue but nothing has been done.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was how incredibly hot and humid it was. It felt like walking into a sauna. The only person working was extremely unhelpful, to point that it was rude. As I was leaving, he took a picture of me and my car. If I could give zero stars, I would.
