Went in there with my wife at around 3pm today (Sunday, February 18) and nobody said anything to us, a lady working there gave us a look as we were walking in like she was irritated by our arrival. We sat down and waited for about 15 minutes. After we saw the employee with a small afro who was working closest to us (near the waiting area) greet and begin helping two separate other customers who arrived after us, we just left.

I was ready to walk out Antonio was good then he passed me onto CHESKA she had a pus on a bad attitude. Her energy was pure negative. She told me that my own account I was not authorized ( my company name is the same ) only my wife and daughter were ( are you kidding ? ) She doesnt belong working there at counter !! In the end thank God the assistant manager Inicea was so nice and big smile , so helpful and professional!!!!
I heard CHESKA say she wanted to go home , because she didnt make any sales !!
So my stars are mixed 0 for CHESKA and 5 for the other 2

Came in to change my service provider, and the woman at the counter told me they don't have information about phone plans, that I'd have to visit the website. How incredibly useful.

I have a great guy at T-Mobile Antonio Warwick Mall he had a lot of patience he went way beyond helping me I thought what a great guy he was like that with every customer very nice professional. Thankyou so much Antonio TMobile
